Sr Manager - Integrated Marketing

The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager plays an important role on the Youthforia marketing team, leading 360 marketing and ensuring that as the business evolves, the brand remains clearly differentiated and consistent. The ideal candidate will work with the founder and VP Marketing to develop and lead comprehensive marketing campaigns to support new innovation launches and hero products, managing brand messaging across all channels. 

Responsibilities

  • Help lead brand strategy as the business evolves and grows into new channels
  • Manage 360 campaign launches for all new innovation and evergreen campaigns centered in viral social first thinking
  • Lead hero product strategy to ensure core products maintain and grow market share and excitement year over year
  • Lead market research to identify consumer insights, industry trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and innovation opportunities.
  • Work closely with retail partners to provide retail marketing support for new product launches and retail promotions in-store or online
  • Create and own the global assets for all products including photography, video, copy, and claims.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry (prestige beauty and color cosmetics preferred) in marketing. 
  • In-depth knowledge of current beauty industry and trends

Manager, Digital & Ecommerce Marketing

The Digital and Ecommerce Manager reports to the VP of Marketing and will be responsible for growing the brand’s digital business on Youthforia's DTC website and Amazon. They will support Youthforia.co by developing and executing monthly marketing plans with a focus on growing revenue, conversion, and customer retention. The ideal candidate will also manage CRM efforts, improving overall retention and LTV, and be a key liaison to our external digital agency in delivering high impact and converting paid ad creative. They will work closely with our external Amazon agency to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of DTC marketing plans based on overall brand strategy in order to meet business objectives each month, quarter, and year.
  • Manage site merchandising, new product introductions on website, and refreshes to existing product pages
  • Lead and execute bundles strategy, GWP, and promotional strategy to drive conversion on DTC channel in an omnichannel brand
  • Manage reporting for DTC channel against critical KPIs, conduct root cause analysis when needed using analytical site tools, and regularly propose adjustments to plans in order to achieve business goals. 
  • Lead CRM planning and help develop strategy to improve overall customer experience when on site and long term customer retention and loyalty.
  • Manage Amazon business in close collaboration with the executive team and the external Amazon agency.
  • Work closely with Integrated Marketing, Social, Influencer, and Retail teams to ensure that DTC strategy appropriately supports other key business priorities and can be supported by cross functional partners with necessary creative assets and copy.
  • Work closely with external agency to manage digital advertising creative, sourcing creative assets needed to develop a healthy volume of test and learn ad sets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the online marketing/ ecommerce industry for an omnichannel brand (beauty industry preferred). 
  • Social and/or influencer experience in beauty industry preferred
  • Loves data and is highly experienced in analyzing data to understand key trends, key drivers, and identify actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of the digital shopping experience
  • Experience balancing digital marketing plans with retail marketing support as part of an omnichannel business
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task/prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on understanding and use of Shopify Plus and GA.
  • Proven track record of positively engaging with external agencies and vendors to achieve results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management abilities (Asana a plus).
  • Undergraduate degree preferred

Freelance Makeup Artist / Beauty Advisor 

We are building our team of freelance ambassadors for Youthforia! We are seeking energetic, positive makeup artists to provide customized services for our customers while also building valuable relationships with our retail partners. This position will be in fast paced environments with the intention to create impactful and memorable in-store experiences. 

Artist responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Meeting daily sales goal through client interactions and training in-store team
  • Updating our displays and making sure brand standards have been kept
  • Educate in store team on new launches and brand knowledge 
  • Customized service for each client, recommending products that are best suited for their needs (personalized shade recommendations) 
  • Seeking out new clients
  • Leading and executing in-store events 
  • Upholding brand and retailers guidelines 
  • Recap with corporate team after each store visit

    Qualifications: 

    • While makeup retail experience is preferred, it is not required as long as applicant can demonstrate creative and technical expertise
    • Leadership qualities

    • Personalized and empathetic customer service
