Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation SMS or email. It will take us 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

We ship our orders from California, USA.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
It takes us 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on where you live, shipping can take 5-14 days for you to receive your order. Delays may occur due to COVID and extreme weather.
International shipping may take a few weeks. We've experienced some delays at international customs and COVID related shipping delays.
What shipping methods does Youthforia offer?
Youthforia offers domestic ground shipping. Orders over $50 USD qualify for free domestic ground shipping. For international shipping to select countries, international shipping rates and duties may apply.
Does Youthforia charge domestic sales tax?
Yes, domestic sales tax will be applied to your order.
Returns, Incorrect Shipments
What is your return policy?
For US orders: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on kits, sets, merch, final sale items, or to refund shipping charges.
For international orders: We are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
To initiate your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You are responsible to pay postage for your return.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Youthforia cannot alter an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the shipping method. If you need to update your address or cancel an order, email email@example.com with your Order Number. Our customer service team will do their best to stop the order, however, this is not guaranteed.
I received damaged or incorrect items.

Where are Youthforia’s products made?
Our products are manufactured in South Korea.
When do Youthforia’s products expire?
After opening the product, you have six months to use the product. Please make sure the products are stored properly - properly sealed, out of high heat and direct sunlight - especially for BYO Blush.
Is Youthforia cruelty free?
Yes, all of Youthforia’s current products are cruelty free and we plan to remain this way.

What skin types is Youthforia suitable for?
Youthforia is suitable for all skin types from Normal, Dry, Combination, Sensitive Skin, Acne-Prone and Mature Skin. But we understand that everyone’s skin is different and we encourage you to patch test everytime you introduce a new skincare or cosmetic product into your routine. To patch test, apply a small amount of product on your neck or lower jaw. If any redness, irritation or swelling occurs, please stop using the product and contact your physician if any serious complications occur. BYO Blush FAQ
How do I use BYO Blush?
Apply two dabs on your cheek, wait for the color to change and then blend it out. We really like using the Blush Brush to blend it out because we find it gives a lot of control. But you can blend it out with your fingers or with the Bullet Sponge.
Can I use BYO Blush on top of foundation?
Yes, you can! We recommend trying to keep the applicator as clean as possible if you do this - to prevent the foundation from going on to the applicator and then back into the container (this can make BYO Blush look muddy - still safe to use and won't change the function but we like our BYO Blush looking cute in the container!). One way to keep the BYO Blush applicator clean is to apply it directly to the bristles of a Blush Brush and then apply the Brush directly on your face.
Can I use BYO Blush on bare skin?
Yes! We just recommend that it's on a dry, clean face. Again, don't want to get water on the tip of the applicator and then back into the container.
Can I use BYO Blush on my lips?
You can, we don't exactly recommend it because getting saliva on the applicator and then back into the container will change the color of BYO Blush (because saliva has pH) - BUT if you want to apply it on your lips, use a clean applicator like a brush or a disposable applicator. If you want the same color effect, Dewy Gloss #01 Sound Stage has a really similar color effect!
How do I properly store BYO Blush?
Keep it stored in a dry, cool place and away from direct sunlight. Direct sunlight can change the the formula from a green color to blue color (which honestly looks kind of cool!) and don't keep stored in humid conditions like bathrooms without ventilation.
Does the product change color in the container?
BYO Blush will slightly change color in the tube - it's totally normal as soon as it gets open - it'll become a little cloudier and you'll see some variation in color. This is all normal and safe to use.
Can I sleep in BYO Blush?
We did! We wouldn't say it's a nighttime skincare treatment, but if you fall asleep in BYO Blush, it's perfectly safe for your skin!
Are Youthforia products vegan?
Our current products are suitable for vegans.
Do Youthforia have phthalates or parabens?
Are Youthforia products clean or non-toxic?
There isn’t an industry standard definition for “clean” but we are strict about the list of ingredients that will never use. You can learn more about the ingredients we don’t use at our Clean At Youthforia page.

Yes, Youthforia products are fragrance free.
